Hugely talented multi-skilled craftsman and innovative product designer, James Mayo can turn his hand to any project of any scale. Not a painter, yet he wields his power tools with the elegance of a one and constructs his work with the confidence of an enlightened Florentine sculptor. His lighting has been commissioned by Grey Goose, and is called upon every year for Goldsmiths graduate and masters exhibitions. His construction knowledge has him back and forth to France to work on the renovation of a 100 year old farm house, all the while freelancing in London on numerous bespoke fit out jobs.
